Chicken pureed & gravy

I was shopping in the supermarket and smelt the roast chicken "Yum" I wanted some, but I thought couldn’t chew it, so I thought what if I pureed it. I went ahead topped with gravy and delicious, for me anyway. Remember that my pureed ideas are just what you would serve normally but pureed.


















 

Ingredients

1 x portion of BBQ chicken, either breast or thigh, with skin roughly into chopped to small cubes for easy swallowing.

¼ cup ml of milk

¼ cup chicken stock

1 teaspoon gravy powder

½ cup Gravy to use on top after blending. (more if desired)

Pinch of Salt & pepper

Method

I had taken a portion of already BBQ chicken breast or Thigh as you will blend it, I would leave the BBQ skin on as it adds flavour and smells better. Add chicken to blender container along with chicken stock, milk, gravy powder and salt & pepper. Blend until smooth then serve.

 

Tip

You can reduce the liquids, milk and stock depends on your condition. Budget idea is to buy a whole chicken and dissect it yourself and use a powdered gravy, mix your own is cheaper than buying premixed.
